"I run for a child smile"

Last last year i run milo 5k it was just a fun run together with my friends in CAP Insurance Company. Today, I run 5k for a child smile. The condura run 09, skyway run for the Whale Sharks is also a run for the operation smile to heal children’s smiles, transform and repair childhood facial deformities including cleft lips and cleft palates. This time i run with a cost!

Sept. 08, 2008 (good number huh..!) when i join this company, quite different from my old three past jobs. Tough, but then a relief compared to the other one. Together with the pioneers we manage a successful exhibit at Ayala Museum, Makati city last November 18 on the same year. What will going to happened next? well, i don't know... let see and good luck to me but one thing is for sure i will not stop on dreaming...so help me god.

I am a GOOD PERSON. In fact, I could be identified as an ANGEL. The horns are just there to keep the halo straight.

I love indulging myself in CULINARY EXPERIENCES. 70% of my salary goes to food binging. I love to eat and feed the people around me.

I will NEVER GROW OLD. Because I know for sure that I will die young.

Also, whatever you do, please DON'T BE FOOLED BY ME.

Please don't be fooled by me. Don't be fooled by the face I wear, for I wear a mask. I wear a thousand masks, masks that I'm afraid to take off and none of them are me. Pretending is an art that is second nature to me, but don't be fooled, for God's sake don't be fooled.

I give you the impression I'm secure and that all is sunny and unruffled with me, within as well as without, that confidence is my name, coolness my game, that water is calm and I'm in command and that I need no one, but don't believe me, please don't believe me.

My surface may be smooth, but my surface is a mask--my every varying and ever concealing mask. Beneath it dwells the real confusion, fear and aloneness. Beneath lies my smugness, my complacently, but I hide this--I don't want anyone to know it.

I panic at the thought of my weakness and fear being exposed. That's why I frantically created a mask to hide behind-- nonchalant sophisticated facades to help me pretend-- to shield me from the glance that knows-- but such a glance is precisely my salvation, my only salvation and I know it. That is if it's followed by acceptance. If it's followed by love, it's the only thing that can liberate me from myself, from my own self built prison walls and from the barriers that I so painstakingly erect. It's the only thing that will assure me of what I cannot assure myself, that I'm really worth while, but I don't tell you this, I don't dare--I'm afraid to.

I'm afraid that your glance will not be followed by acceptance and love. I'm afraid you'll think less of me and you'll laugh and your laugh will kill me. I'm afraid that deep down, I'm nothing and that I'm just no good and that you'll see this and reject me.

So I play my game; my desperate pretending; with the facade of assurance without and a trembling child within. And so begins the parade of masks, the glittering, but empty parade of masks and my life becomes a front. I idle chatter to you in suave tones of surface talk. I tell you everything that's really nothing and nothing of what's everything and what's crying within me.

So when I'm through going through my routine, do not be fooled by what I'm saying. Please listen carefully and try to hear what I'm not saying--what I'd like to be able to say, but for survival I need to say, but what I can't say.

I dislike hiding, honestly, I dislike the superficial game I'm playing, the superficial phony game. I'd really like to be genuine, spontaneous and me, but you've got to help me, you've got to hold out your hand, even when it's the last thing I seem to want or need.

You can help wipe away from my eyes--the blank stare of grieving dead. You can help call me into aliveness each time you're kind, gentle and encouraging. Each time you try to understand because you really care, my heart begins to grow wings, very small wings, very feeble wings, but wings.

If you choose to, please choose to. You can help break down the wall behind which I tremble. You can encourage me to remove my mask. You can help release me from my shadowed world of panic and uncertainty, from my lonely prison.

So do not pass me by-- please don't pass me by. It will not be easy for you. A lone conviction of worthlessness builds strong walls. The nearer you approach me, the blinder I may strike back.

It's irrational, but despite what books say about man, I am irrational, I fight against the very things that I cry out for, but I am told love is stronger than strong walls. In this lies my hope, my only hope, please help beat down those walls with firm hands, but with gentle hands--for a child is very sensitive.

Who am I, you may wonder? I am someone you know very well. For I am every person you meet.

Class 72 "BPO classmates"

May 10 2008, when i have decided to enroll at the BPO academy, I availed the BPO scholarship which I pass the exam. BPO Academey is a training center for a call center agents…. “ayan magku-call center na ako..he..he..how is the feeling kaya????” May 12, was the first day of class. I was late for almost half day because I need to complete my requirements, however even though I am late I was able to cope with the lessons and make new friends. “Kulit” kaya ayon makukulit din ang mga naging friends he..he..he..Know what? It's was fun, it will enhance not only your vocabulary but also your personality. Grabee..thanks talaga! May 24 the training ends and I completed the 100 hours call center training.

Now I am ready to face the call center industry.

"Unknown territory" the Spratlys Island

The Spratly Islands consist of more than 100 small islands or reefs. They are surrounded by rich fishing grounds and potentially by gas and oil deposits. They are claimed in their entirety by the People's Republic of China, the Republic of China (Taiwan), and Vietnam, while portions are claimed by Malaysia and the Philippines. About 45 islands are occupied by relatively small numbers of military forces from China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Brunei has established a fishing zone that overlaps a southern reef but has not made any formal claim. The Islands are located in the Southeastern Asian group of reefs and islands in the South China Sea, about two-thirds of the way from southern Vietnam to the southern Philippines.

Yesterday, May 02, 2008 together with the AFP& the National Press Club (NPC) headed by Ms. Gloria Baylon senior chief editor, incooperation with the Philippine Air force with Lt Col Epifanio P. Panzo Jr. Director, PIO. We travelled from villamore air base, manila to PAGASA island (the unclaim island in sparaylys) via c130 military cargo plane.

Ready to Fly!

We board at about 6:45 in the morning and landed at the island at about 9:10am. With a population of not more than 300 persons (base on local interviews) people here has managed to preserve the virginty of the land and its captivating natural. Most of them are fishermen making dried fish (daing na lapu-lapu) trading them to Puerto Presisa city as thier livelihood. The place was very amizing with his sugar like white sand, a fresh sea water comes from vietman and china sea, corrals and the rich sea creatures. A very promising land for tourism and each uncultivated resources that the government must secure the claim of the land to assure the future tourism and for the people of the land.

On the Island

I heared for a free lobster...but no catch for the day "sayang!" i love lobster pa naman. Sir Joyrence Agas (my boss in socip who invited me to accompanied him to the said tour) is also looking for some dried fish or even for fresh catch, but so sad the fishermen have no enough stock of dried fish and also fresh catch have already prepared for "daing", and not very good to take them home for it still weat and might over when we landed back to manila. By lunch we satified eating with the AFP in boodle fight..."sarap!..he..he..pibaghalo-halong pagkain"...another 30 mins of sight seing and the propeller of the plain start to burst again. We're flying to Puerto Prensisa city to unload some cargo and to visit the Philippine Air Force station in Puerto. Almost one & half hour...Welcome..Puerto Prinsesa! 30 mins of chit chat and to the never ending eating..we're flying back to manila. At about 5:30pm the plain c130 landed back safetly to villamore Air base, Manila.

Do you feel what i've feel?...Everyday we always communicate, we always talk, write or text sms on your iphone. Sometimes we read or just listen but did we feel the message? or even the message we always recieved from friends or love ones? Does it transmitted well from your mind to your heart?...Does it makes sense at all?

The art of message: Did you ever recieved a snail mail or even read some of it?....di ba? on the first line mababasa mo agad "dear kuya or dear ate" minsan pangalan lang, and on the last part merong "nagmamahal, nancy." o kaya naman "love, albert". Di ba ang sarap basahin? This is the art of message, the art of care and love...at ito ang nararamdaman ko pagnakakakuha ako ng minsahe na may pagpapahalaga sa bawat letra ng salita, at na lulungkot naman pag nakakakuha ako ng parang tinapon lang na mga minsahe. Emo ako sabi ng iba...oo, bakit? gusto ko kasing namnamin ang bawat salitang ibinabahagi ko sa ibang tao at ganon sa mga salitang nakukuha ko sa kanila. Sensitive ako, and yes!..lalo na sa mga salitang binabato mo dahil lahat ng sinasabi mo may implekasyon sa pagkatao mo, kung anong klaseng tao ka at kung paano ka magpahalaga sa mga taong mahal mo. May mga pagkakataong may sinasabihan akong " i hate forwarded messages"..lalo na sa text messaging kasi di naman ikaw ang gumawa nito and it does'nt makes sense at all. Ayos lang, if your not the original author of the message but make it personnal naman iparamdam mo na para talaga sa taong ito ang minsaheng pinapadala mo. Pano?...bakit di mo ilagay ang pangalan ng taong papasahan mo ng mesahe ex. "oi!..jayson kumusta ka na?" o di ba mas masaya? kasi na ramdaman nya na para talaga sa kanya yong minsahe mo..kaysa sasabihin mong.."musta?". Malay ko kung wrong send yon, eh di sinakyan mo lang ako pagnag-reply akong "ayos lang" para di ka mapahiya.

Be courteous to others: Ang pagbigkas o paglagay ng pangalan sa taong kinakausap ay isang paggalang at ito rin ang tamang papasa ng salita sa ibang tao. Bigyan mo ng damdamin ang bawat salita, na kahit sa isang salita pa lang ang ay sasabihin nyang.."oh..i love this person". Importante ito lalo na sa mga taong mahal mo naggiging mahalaga ka sa taong kausap mo habang tumatagal at habang binabaybay nya ang bawat katagang sinulat mo. Sa huli bago ka mag sign off imbes na "bye!"....bakit di mo sabihing "oh..ingat ka ha?"..o kaya.."oi..bye muna ako time to work na kasi eh, next time text uli tayo ha?"...did u see the sincerity?

Pero pinaaalalahan din kita..baka kahit may date ka eh..text ka naman ng text o kahit sa kaswal na kaibigan na kasama mo, kasi isang pambabastos sa kasama mo ang text ka ng text habang may kasama ka lalo na "when it is not so very important". I remember once..may sinabihan na naman akong, "alam mo bad trip ako kapag ang kasama ay text ng text". Remember, wala ka sa kwarto mo at hinde ka nag-iisa may kasama ka, ayon oh..nagmumukmok sa tabe kasi walang makausap "be courteuos to others".

"from mallows to star"

Childstar was formerly known as Perimallows – which is actually a combination of the group’s former bands. Aaron played before with the band named Mars’ Mallows while Marian, Ramz, and Teplok had a short stint together a few years back and called themselves Periwinkle then.

These folks are no kids and newbies when it comes to performing on stage! Fronted by Marian Ty on vocals, Childstar’s line up is made up of Aaron Plata (Guitars), Ramz Abon (Bass), and Ronald “Teplok” Teves (Drums). The band delivers alterna-pop, radio friendly and feel-good music. Guitarist Aaron Plata writes most of their songs together with vocalist Marian. The band already has a handful of original songs up their sleeves like “Bent Down”, “Against the World”, “Game”, and “Ako’y Sayo”.

Aside from their original songs, they are also part of the Ballyhoo Records spearheaded Sampaguita Tribute Album, contributing their rendition of the Sampaguita favorite, “Laguna”. Childstar is also busy with their gigs and live appearances – most recent is their stint at SM Baguio together with comebacking band and fellow Ballyhoo artist, Sugar Hiccup and at Umagang Kayganda aired last January 2, 2008 a tribute to Sampaguita. They were interviewed by Rica Peralejo. With the Sampaguita tribute album already set to hit record stores as soon to be downloadable in Digijooze.com, Childstar is ready to get their much-deserved recognition and exposure.

"i got chickenpox"

Chickenpox is a common illness among kids, particularly those under age 12. An itchy rash of spots that look like blisters can appear all over the body and may be accompanied by flu-like symptoms. Symptoms usually go away without treatment, but because the infection is very contagious, an infected child should stay home and rest until the symptoms are gone.

Chickenpox is caused by the varicella-zoster virus (VZV). Kids can be protected from VZV by getting the chickenpox (varicella) vaccine, usually between the ages of 12 to 15 months. In 2006, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended a booster shot at 4 to 6 years old for further protection. The CDC also recommends that people 13 years of age and older who have never had chickenpox or received chickenpox vaccine get two doses of the vaccine at least 28 days apart.

A person usually has only one episode of chickenpox, but VZV can lie dormant within the body and cause a different type of skin eruption later in life called shingles (or herpes zoster). Getting the chickenpox vaccine significantly lowers your child's chances of getting chickenpox, but he or she may still develop shingles later.

Symptoms of Chickenpox

Chickenpox causes a red, itchy rash on the skin that usually appears first on the abdomen or back and face, and then spreads to almost everywhere else on the body, including the scalp, mouth, nose, ears, and genitals.

The rash begins as multiple small, red bumps that look like pimples or insect bites. They develop into thin-walled blisters filled with clear fluid, which becomes cloudy. The blister wall breaks, leaving open sores, which finally crust over to become dry, brown scabs.

Chickenpox blisters are usually less than a quarter of an inch wide, have a reddish base, and appear in bouts over 2 to 4 days. The rash may be more extensive or severe in kids who have skin disorders such as eczema.

Some kids have a fever, abdominal pain, sore throat, headache, or a vague sick feeling a day or 2 before the rash appears. These symptoms may last for a few days, and fever stays in the range of 100°–102° Fahrenheit (37.7°–38.8° Celsius), though in rare cases may be higher. Younger kids often have milder symptoms and fewer blisters than older children or adults.

Typically, chickenpox is a mild illness, but can affect some infants, teens, adults, and people with weak immune systems more severely. Some people can develop serious bacterial infections involving the skin, lungs, bones, joints, and the brain (encephalitis). Even kids with normal immune systems can occasionally develop complications, most commonly a skin infection near the blisters.

Anyone who has had chickenpox (or the chickenpox vaccine) as a child is at risk for developing shingles later in life, and up to 20% do. After an infection, VZV can remain inactive in nerve cells near the spinal cord and reactivate later as shingles, which can cause tingling, itching, or pain followed by a rash with red bumps and blisters. Shingles is sometimes treated with antiviral drugs, steroids, and pain medications, and in May 2006 the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved a vaccine to prevent shingles in people 60 and older.

Contagiousness

Chickenpox is contagious from about 2 days before the rash appears and lasts until all the blisters are crusted over. A child with chickenpox should be kept out of school until all blisters have dried, usually about 1 week. If you're unsure about whether your child is ready to return to school, ask your doctor.

Chickenpox is very contagious — most kids with a sibling who's been infected will get it as well, showing symptoms about 2 weeks after the first child does. To help keep the virus from spreading, make sure your kids wash their hands frequently, particularly before eating and after using the bathroom. And keep a child with chickenpox away from unvaccinated siblings as much as possible.

People who haven't had chickenpox also can catch it from someone with shingles, but they cannot catch shingles itself. That's because shingles can only develop from a reactivation of VZV in someone who has previously had chickenpox.

Chickenpox and Pregnancy

Pregnant women and anyone with immune system problems should not be near a person with chickenpox. If a pregnant woman who hasn't had chickenpox in the past contracts it (especially in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy), the fetus is at risk for birth defects and she is at risk for more health complications than if she'd been infected when she wasn't pregnant. If she develops chickenpox just before or after the child is born, the newborn is at risk for serious health complications. There is no risk to the developing baby if the woman develops shingles during the pregnancy.

If a pregnant woman has had chickenpox before the pregnancy, the baby will be protected from infection for the first few months of life, since the mother's immunity gets passed on to the baby through the placenta and breast milk.

Those at risk for severe disease or serious complications — such as newborns whose mothers had chickenpox at the time of delivery, patients with leukemia or immune deficiencies, and kids receiving drugs that suppress the immune system — may be given varicella zoster immune globulin after exposure to chickenpox to reduce its severity.

Preventing Chickenpox

Doctors recommend that kids receive the chickenpox vaccine when they are 12 to 15 months old and a booster shot at 4 to 6 years old. The vaccine is about 70% to 85% effective at preventing mild infection, and more than 95% effective in preventing moderate to severe forms of the infection. Although the vaccine works pretty well, some kids who are immunized still will get chickenpox. Those who do, though, will have much milder symptoms than those who haven't had the vaccine and become infected.

Healthy children who have had chickenpox do not need the vaccine — they usually have lifelong protection against the illness.

Treating Chickenpox

A virus causes chickenpox, so the doctor won't prescribe antibiotics. However, antibiotics may be required if the sores become infected by bacteria. This is pretty common among kids because they often scratch and pick at the blisters.

The antiviral medicine acyclovir may be prescribed for people with chickenpox who are at risk for complications. The drug, which can make the infection less severe, must be given within the first 24 hours after the rash appears. Acyclovir can have significant side effects, so it is only given when necessary. Your doctor can tell you if the medication is right for your child.

Dealing With the Discomfort of Chickenpox

You can help relieve the itchiness, fever, and discomfort of chickenpox by:

Using cool wet compresses or giving baths in cool or lukewarm water every 3 to 4 hours for the first few days. Oatmeal baths, available at the supermarket or pharmacy, can help to relieve itching. (Baths do not spread chickenpox.)
Patting (not rubbing) the body dry.
Putting calamine lotion on itchy areas (but don't use it on the face, especially near the eyes).
Giving your child foods that are cold, soft, and bland because chickenpox in the mouth may make drinking or eating difficult. Avoid feeding your child anything highly acidic or especially salty, like orange juice or pretzels.
Asking your doctor or pharmacist about pain-relieving creams to apply to sores in the genital area.
Giving your child acetaminophen regularly to help relieve pain if your child has mouth blisters.
Asking the doctor about using over-the-counter medication for itching.

Never use aspirin to reduce pain or fever in children with chickenpox because aspirin has been associated with the serious disease Reye syndrome, which can lead to liver failure and even death.

As much as possible, discourage kids from scratching. This can be difficult for them, so consider putting mittens or socks on your child's hands to prevent scratching during sleep. In addition, trim fingernails and keep them clean to help lessen the effects of scratching, including broken blisters and infection.

Most chickenpox infections require no special medical treatment. But sometimes, there are problems. Call the doctor if your child:

has fever that lasts for more than 4 days or rises above 102° Fahrenheit (38.8° Celsius)
has a severe cough or trouble breathing
has an area of rash that leaks pus (thick, discolored fluid) or becomes red, warm, swollen, or sore
has a severe headache
is unusually drowsy or has trouble waking up
has trouble looking at bright lights
has difficulty walking
seems confused
seems very ill or is vomiting
has a stiff neck

Call your doctor if you think your child has chickenpox, if you have a question, or if you're concerned about a possible complication. The doctor can guide you in watching for complications and in choosing medication to relieve itching. When taking your child to the doctor, let the office know in advance that your child might have chickenpox. It's important to ensure that other kids in the office are not exposed — for some of them, a chickenpox infection could cause severe complications.

Vaccination

A varicella vaccine has been available since 1995 to inoculate against the disease. Some countries require the varicella vaccination or an exemption before entering elementary school. Protection is not lifelong and further vaccination is necessary five years after the initial immunization.^[8]

In the UK, varicella antibodies are measured as part of the routine of prenatal care, and by 2005 all NHS healthcare personnel had determined their immunity and been immunised if they were non-immune and have direct patient contact. Population-based immunization against varicella is not otherwise practiced in the UK, because of lack of evidence of lasting efficacy or public health benefit.

Vaccination reactions

Common and mild reactions following vaccination may include:

Fever of 101.9 (38.9 C) up to 42 days after injection
Soreness, itching at the site of injection within 2 days
Rash occurring at site of injection anywhere form 8 to 19 days after injection. If this happens you are considered contagious.
Rash on other parts of body anywhere from 5 to 26 days after injection. If this happens you are considered contagious.

Fever and discomfort may be lessened by taking medication containing paracetamol (aka acetaminophen, such as Panadol, Tempra, Tylenol) or ibuprofen.

History

One history of medicine book credits Giovanni Filippo (1510–1580) of Palermo with the first description of varicella (chickenpox). Subsequently in the 1600s, an English physician named Richard Morton described what he thought a mild form of smallpox as "chicken pox." Later, in 1767, a physician named William Heberden, also from England, was the first physician to clearly demonstrate that chickenpox was different from smallpox. However, it is believed the name chickenpox was commonly used in earlier centuries before doctors identified the disease.

There are many explanations offered for the origin of the name chickenpox:

Samuel Johnson suggested that the disease was "less dangerous", thus a "chicken" version of the pox;
the specks that appear looked as though the skin was pecked by chickens;
the disease was named after chick peas, from a supposed similarity in size of the seed to the lesions;
the term reflects a corruption of the Old English word giccin, which meant itching.

As "pox" also means curse, in medieval times some believed it was a plague brought on to curse children by the use of black magic.

Dec. 31'07, morning. Nag-iisip na kung anong bibilhing ingredients para sa medya noche...since we're going to cook chili mushroom shrimp pasta, kailangang maghanap ng hipon. Ikot-ikot...walang shrimp, patay na baka maging gisadong pansit ang pasta namin he..he...he..pero ayon nakuha sa tyaga at nakahanap din kahit bilasa na. 3pm na, di pa nagluch..kakahanap ng letseng shrimp na yan..he..he..he..need to eat lunch first bago simulan ang cooking session.

Chili mushroom shrimp pasta

You'll Need:
175g DEL MONTE Spaghetti, cooked
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pc medium onion, sliced
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1/3 c canned button mushrooms, sliced
2 tbs p butter
100 gmedium shrimps, peeled (but keep tails intact)
2 tbsp DEL MONTE Chili Ketchup
6 pc fresh basil leaves, shredded
1 pouch (250 g) DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
3 tbsp water
1/4 tspiodized fine salt (or 3/4 tsp iodized rock salt)
1/8 ts p pepper
2 tbs p grated Parmesan cheese

Here's How:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, celery, and mushrooms in butter. Add shrimps, DEL MONTE Chili Ketchup and basil. Cook for 2 minutes. Add DEL MONTE Spaghetti Sauce and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt and pepper. Pour over or mix with cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti, then top with Parmesan cheese.

Next dish..buko salad in fruity fiesta wag ng reciepe madali lang naman to. Ayon nakumpleto rin plus choco sweet cake sponsored by goldilocks, fries na tinamad iluto he..he..he..2 botlled flavored beer na di ko gusto ang lasa, and pineapple juice courtesy of dole. Handana ang medya noche namin.

The holiday must go on...he..he..from byahe to party na naman tayo. Dec. 26'07 8:oopm with Don Bosco Mater Ecclessiae Choir, paty time venue: at kuya gabby's house location: basta sa makati nalimutan ko ang address he..he..he. Kanya..kanyang dalang gift para sa exchange gift at kanya kanyang dalang pagkain as assignment. wheew!...ang bigat kayang dalhin ng apat na 1.5 liters coke pinawisan ako kalalakad from sm makati to kuya gabby's house..ang layo pa ng bahay nila from the subdivison gate.

Pero ayos lang dami namang pagkain he..he..he..at exchange gift, ang nakuha kung gift? isang dosenang baso kulay blue pa he..he.

11:30pm party ends with lots of fun and laughing kasi si kuya gab's nag-request ng intermission number from Allan and Agnes at ang talent? gag show...kaya ang saya.

Holidays came, plans for fun, gimmiks,travel, visit friends and families. That's only i thought...pero nakakapagod pala, i take my leave for Dec. 26-29 para naman ma-enjoy ko ang holiday's and long vacation. My pop got his vacation ahead of me, he visit our relatives in Tarlac for we did'nt seen our relatives for a long time (layo ba naman ng tarlac sa bicol eh!). That's the first plan, go to Tarlac to visit my relatives and pick my pop going back to Bicol. Dec. 24, together with a friend we're going to Tarlac...rush hour, from pedro gil i'll take train sana pero pagdating ko sa LRT guard check-point, well it's a ussual thing naman as routine and security, pero bad trip naman pabuksan ba naman yong regalo kong dala..sabi ko "wag na ah!..magbabalot uli ako nyan". Ayon..i'll take down the stairs again para mag jeep na lang..wheeew! traffic naman...here's come the 2nd one naiwan yong isang bag namin sa isang bus at ayon umalis na naiwan kami whaaaaa!...takbo sa customer service to report the lost bag...buti na lang mabait ang mga tao sa bus terminal and they did assist us well..salamat po. Pinasakay kami ng bus routing angeles city para habulin ang bag namin..from Dau, Pampanga bumaba kami to wait the bus who take our bag. Bait din ng inspektor nila sinamahan kami para e-assist uli kami, para maalis ang tense picture picture muna sa bonsay garden. Ang saya di ba?....and the bus came, nakuha rin namin bag namin at doon na rin kami sumakay going San Roque, Tarlac city. 5:00pm, nasa siesta Tarlac station na kami at sinundo kami ng pop ko at ng pinsan ko. Pagdating doon pahinga kunti and we went to market para bumili ng handa ng pang noche buena ( sa bahay pala ng auntie namin kami tumuloy) ayon waldas don at waldas dito..he..he..he..ayon ubos pera ko, nakakahiya kasi ngayon lang kami nagkasama ng mga kamag-anak namin titipirin ko pa..he..he..he..pero tipid parin, fyi lang po di po kasi ako bigtimer sa work kaya kunti lang pera ko he..he..he..wha..wha..naman ako he..he..he. Noche buena..walang noche buena kasi di dumating ibang relatives namin ng gabi kaya kinaumagahan na lang kami nagluto. Ang handa? Pansit bihon (sarap luto ni auntie), lumpia shanghai (walang ref kaya nabilasa ang meat kasi di naluto agad), burger (napaso ako kaluluto nito kasi mano-mano sa kawali lang niluto..he..he..), kakaning malagkit sa bilao (hinde masarap, hilaw ang kanin at amoy usok, binili lang kasi namin sa market), kakaning malagkit uli (masarap kasi dala ni auntie 2 at gawa nya..he..he.) tinapay at juice. After ng kain bigay ng mga dala kong regalo(buti sakto lang wala akong utang he..he..he.), my friend and my cousin where planing to go to the place for what they so called ISDAN..no care ako kasi i have no idea about the place so, bahala sila sama lang ako. Before lunch go..na kami heading to Gerona Tarlac, 30 minutes ang byahe kaya malayo ng kunti.

TARRARANNNN!!!!..GERONA, TARLAC at ISDAAN! Amazing place ganda ng pagkaka-concept ng place floating resturant na may pakaTHAI ang dating. Para tuloy wala ka sa Pinas pagnasa loob ka, di mo mapapansin na palayan lang ang likod at highway ang harap ng resto. May ethnic dancers pa ha?

Late evening when we arrieved here in Manila, we stayed with my pop at my friend pad for the overnight sleep and in the morning i did accompanied him to the bus station going bicol.

May part two pa kasi it's still holiday!

Yesterday, November 18, 2007 was the 31st National Milo Marathon held at the Luneta grandstand Manila. This is my 1st sports event that i've ever joined and my 1st run too, a friend told me about this event and encouraged me to join in this rare kind experience. He told me that he and his co-office mates from CAP will run for 5 kilometers, then i said " di try natin, anyways this only a run for fun". So that's it, and it was a very successfull and a happy event. My time? 44 minutes and 46 seconds..he..he...bagal ko noh? at least we survive the long run..he..he. Next year ulit? let see.

See me firing?...cool huh!..two shoots round pero mintis..hee..hee..he pasinsya na di ako sharp shooter. I'm firing with real gun, that photo was taken during our project presentation and testing. After the presentation we ( together with my boss and other navy officer )...took some shoots and have fun. Astig!!!!

The projects...the photo you've seen is the sample of our projects and works, the name of this machine is phalanx. The original design of this machine was to carry an automated machine gun which will be operated via remote control. The objectve of this project is to lessen the risk of the soldier life incase of war or military operations, and to retrieve&rescue the soldier from the enemies. Latest design of the said project (present photo) was for rebbon cutting purposes (used during the rebbon cutting for the enaguration of Malayan high school) and exhibit only. The other projects is highly confidential and not advisable for posting.

Tawangan ,Benguet (Nov. 05-09, 2005)extenssion service together with the staff, faculty and students of mechanical engineering. Quite cool huh!..this is my first time to join with this such event...first time to visit in Benguet and first time to see the rice terraces face to face.

Hey! we're on the hangging bridge...still in benguet together with the other staff at the back. We're on hicking to take glimpse the beauty of mother nature.

I love poems specially the good ones, it touches my heart and soul. mag-iisip magmumuni upang malaman ang tunay na sayo,
ngunit sa paglao'y aking natanto,
bakit? di hayaang panahon'y syang magturo.

Masmaganda siguro..ang kaswal na pagkwento,
sisimulan sa simple..hangang lumalim ito.
pauna lang sayo..ako'y sinsitibo,
sinusuri kahit anong aspito.

Bawat salitang bibitiwan..aking bubuohin,
upang malaman ang tunay mong damdamin.
Ngunit pag aking nasuri at nalamang tutuo,

This my first formal blog ever...i guess was just encourange by my friend royce not verbally but i saw&read his blogs and it is quite cool, though i'm not good in writings i decided to wrote my own blogs. Remember the anemie movie Antz? that's where i get the antz name...i am an animie fan and almost like a kid when switching on the television because i rather watch catoon network than watching silly telenovela's.
